    Responsibilities

     

    About the role

     

    • Analysing and extracting information from the Trust deeds of each trust that we have.
    • Processing of information gained on all individuals and correct AML screening performed.
    • Production of client letters to necessary parties to gain the necessary information required for AML purposes.
    • Communicating with customers /agents/ solicitors / financial advisers to procure necessary information and documents to complete requests.
    • Capturing client details for the AML Process
    • Liaising with key players by both letter, phone and e-mail.
    • Assist the Investor Ops with the deceased client process

    Qualifications

    About you

     

    What you’ll need to be successful:

     

    • Industry experience in AML, PEP and Sanctions.
    • Understanding of Trusts, the types of trust that exist and the legalities around them.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft products particularly Word and Excel.
    • Strong Oral/Written Communication Skills.
    • Experience in a data entry role would be a huge advantage.
    • Excellent attention to Detail a necessity
