    Responsibilities

    Essential Job Functions

     

    • Work independently and as part of a small learning team to deliver prioritized key learning deliverables for 2018 and beyond
    • Continuously develop the skills and performance of all people managers
    • Act as a role model, championing the organisations culture, values and behaviours. Positively influence, motivate and inspire others to achieve their targets in relation to quality appointments.
    • Provide a coaching environment where managers are continually developing their skills and knowledge.
    • Carry out side by side and remote coaching sessions with people managers to meet the needs of the business.
    • Design, facilitate and deliver virtual and classroom training modules and other process improvement/business change learning.
    • Maintain clear records of coaching activity including improvement plans
    • Initiate changes and improvements to training and coaching programmes, processes and procedures as appropriate.
    • Support, develop and motivate staff to deliver departmental and individual objectives and KPIs when applicable.
    • Address improvement points raised in collaboration with these stakeholders

    Qualifications

    Job Specific Experience/Technical Skills/Abilities

     

    • Proven track record in a similar role managing people and coaching in an ever-changing environment
    • An organised approach to be able to coach a multitude of managers from diverse backgrounds, whilst establishing trust and integrity
    • Ability to use your own initiative, work with minimal supervision and the ability to ‘think on your feet’
    • Excellent communication skills, approachable and good at forming and developing relationships with people of all levels across the business
    • Experience of delivering change
    • Experience of training/coaching and facilitating
    • Experience in tech & digital learning
    • Ability to priority deadlines and own workload within a busy environment and meet deadlines
    • An understanding and experience of employment law
    • Six sigma/lean/change management experience/ knowledge is desirable
