About the role
This exciting new role will combine commercial and analytical thinking. Directly reporting to the sales leadership team, you will combine your quantitative and qualitative analysis to influence go-to-market strategies and drive sales team behaviour. Using the Octopus dataset, you will be able to develop actionable insights for the sales team, helping improve KPIs and driving measurable results. Lastly, you will equip the sales managers with analytics to help them coach more effectively and enable a data driven sales culture.
Essential Job Functions
Job Specific Experience/Technical Skills/Abilities
• Previous experience of sales data analysis and data mining
• Proven analysis skills enabling commercial decisions about sales strategy
• Must have had exposure to the sales process, ideally in a sales role or sales management
• Proficient with advanced Excel, SQL and Chartio
• Experience with CRMs, Microsoft Dynamics preferred
• Clear, concise and articulate with a strong ability to be influential when needed
• Presentation skills
• High quality interpersonal skills with honesty and integrity
