About the role
The Specialist Finance team are responsible for managing the finance function for the companies in the Octopus Inheritance Tax Service (“OITS”), Octopus Enterprise Investment Scheme (“OEIS”) and 6 Venture Capital Trusts. This role will sit across the OITS and OEIS products, responsible for managing the legacy OEIS portfolio and driving efficiencies across the portfolio, restructuring companies and preparing financial information for the OITS lending portfolio. The successful candidate will drive change in these areas, by re-building OEIS reporting and driving efficiencies, learn to restructure companies efficiently and provide a more in depth understanding of the OITS lending portfolio. This role is ideal for a driven individual who comes up with their own ideas, who is keen to make an impact and improve the way things are done.
