    Our Values

    Be helpful

Random acts of kindness make the workplace a better place so we value people that go out of their way to be helpful and give people reasons to smile.  It’s important to us that we obsess about your customers, and show the same enthusiasm and loyalty like it were always day one.  We also care about doing the right thing even when no-one is watching.

    Be straightforward

Life is complicated enough. Don’t make it harder for yourself, or for others - sometimes the simplest approach works wonders.  We also like to tell it how it is, remembering that humility and manners go a long way.

    Be bold

Every great business started with a flash of inspiration. If you’ve got a great idea, we don’t want you to keep it to yourself – think big!  We value positivity and finding a way through the most challenging of problems, and making decisions quickly is really important to us.

At Octopus, we recognise the importance of embracing diversity in order to create a high performance culture.
