The People & Culture Manager will work closely with the business to deliver cyclical HR people processes and work with the senior management and HRBPs through out the group to refine and improve these on an on-going basis.
This is a true HR generalist role partnering with a fast growing entrepreneur team so the role will be key in shaping our cultures and values.
The role will also be expected to input into the broader HR and People strategy whilst contributing to building the profile of the function.
