An opportunity for a fast learning, candidate and customer obsessed individual with a can-do attitude to join a busy and fast paced recruitment team within the Octopus Group to work on a project supporting one of our brands (Octopus Ventures) with a high volume of recruitment. This role will be at the front line of candidate sourcing and candidate experience responsible for a 360 recruitment process with a heavy focus on sourcing high calibre talent.
Success for this role will require you to hit the ground running and applying a candidate and customer centric, delivery orientated approach to ensuring our roles are filled quickly and with ease with the best most diverse talent in the market. It will require someone who takes pride in providing an optimal candidate and customer experience; who is proactive and highly responsive.
