We are looking to hire an individual to come on board and provide maternity cover for the role of Senior Recruitment Manager.
You will be a hands on Ercruitment manager required to oversee the recruitment team providing on-going management, development, and coaching and will be responsible for delivering the attraction, selection, recruitment and candidate management processes to ensure the business is able to secure the best talent available with constant consideration to quality, time and value.
You will be expected to deliver an integrated resourcing service to meet the demands of rapid growth of the business and position Octopus as an employer of choice. In order to do this, you are required to identify best-in-class approaches, platforms and partnerships to build and enhance the Octopus employer brand and work in partnership with Group Marketing to actively manage the internal and outward facing employer brand and EVP.
You will be and agent for change and will be expected to bring innovation to all recruitment activities, including the use of digital and social channels to attract and recruit great candidates and deepening our focus on referrals as well as direct sourcing strategies, in place of too great a reliance on high cost, agency-led roles, delivering a pre agreed resourcing strategy that is in place.
You will also not be afraid to roll your sleeves up sourcing and placing candidates into mid - senior and strategic roles across the group (or even where required to deliver the business strategy!)
