About the role
Due to the growth of our business, we are in a position to recruit for four new HR Business Partners in different parts of the business:
The Senior HRBP will work closely with the business to deliver cyclical HR people processes and work with the senior management and other HRBPs to refine and improve these on an on-going basis. They will also be responsible for managing and delivering organisational change within their business areas, which will involve contributing to the development of new programmes/projects and initiatives.
They will also be expected to input into the broader HR and People strategy whilst contributing to building the profile of the function
