This role sits within the Investor Operations Team who are responsible for all the static data of every investor. This responsibility begins as soon as the client invests with us to when they decide to leave. A variety of areas are covered by the team including; ongoing screening, change of address, updates to bank details, withdrawals, transfers and deceased.


Static Data Updates

  • Updating the company’s systems in accordance with our procedures when an instruction is received from an investor. 
  • Ensuring all teams and registrars are aware of any updates made where necessary. 
  • Updates include change of address, changes to dividend reinvestment instructions, investigating returned documents, changes to regular income payments and updates to foreign account reporting. 
  • Sending confirmation letters in accordance with our procedures including both manually and automatically produced letters. 

Withdrawal Requests

  • Updating the company’s systems with bank details in accordance with our procedures when an instruction is received from an investor to withdraw funds. 

Ongoing Screening

  • Daily AML screening of new investors via the daily upload and then monitoring and resolving the ongoing screening of our investor database using the WorldCheck system.

Email Inbox Support

  • Monitor and process ad-hoc queries that are received throughout the day in our team inbox. Have the ability to identify and delegate the emails accordingly.

Team Meetings

  • Participate in team meetings ensuring you come prepared with necessary updates. Be willing to share the responsibility of minute taking and then communicating them to the team.
