Responsibilities

The role includes compliance monitoring across the Octopus Group. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Compliance Monitoring to assess compliance with the regulations.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Working closely with the business to identify improvements in processes and controls
  • Preparing reports that will be shared with senior management
  • Embedding compliance culture and supporting our core value of “Customer Obsession”
  • Assisting all business units with compliance queries

Qualifications

  • Previous compliance monitoring experience is essential
  • Expertise of report writing
  • Extremely organised and ability to prioritise their workload, always being one step ahead
  • Knowledge of the FCA handbook
  • Relevant compliance experience at a financial services firm
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
