Working within the Group Communications team, you will partner with Octopus Group’s Executive Committee, Senior Management Team and a wide-range of internal stakeholders to lead and implement all internal communications across the Group; providing best-practice communications advice and counsel during a time of significant organisational growth.
Working closely with your colleagues across Communications, including Media Relations and Marketing, you will also partner with other corporate functions including Government Relations, Human Resources and Technology teams, as well as divisional leaders across the Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating content, initiatives, events and programmes, including heading a complete revamp of the organisation’s intranet, in order to deliver a best-practice internal communications agenda across the Group.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Previous experience within Professional or Financial Services
• Experience working in a complex organisation, working with multiple stakeholders
• Experience of building strong relationships and influencing senior business leaders
• Experience of creating and executing internal communications strategic projects
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• This role requires someone who can hit the ground running
